Day 3

It is true what they say, it is definately getting easier. I stepped on the scale this morning and I am down 7 pounds since Sunday. 7 POUNDS in 2 days, I’m sure it is mostly just water weight. I feel better, not bloated at all, my clothes fit just a tad bit looser and I really have no hunger pains at all. Now I just need to maintain this for the next 7 days…

This really has been an emotional roller coaster, as silly as that may sound. I never realized how much of a routine I had with food, now it’s not really the lack of solid food that bugs me, it’s going away from the norm. We’re just so used to getting up and eating, lunchtime eating, getting home and making dinner… it’s just something to get used to, ya know? 🙂
